Post Natal Pilates

 

Being a new mum, it is hard to find the time to get your shape back and to look after yourself, but remember, a healthy mum equates to a healthy baby!


The Pilates Studio environment is an ideal setting for achieving your health goals at this early stage when you need to regain deep abdominal and pelvic floor strength to help support your lower back, and to improve your core and upper body strength to facilitate the demands of caring for your baby (feeding, lifting, bending).


Your instructor will specifically tailor your program to your body needs and to help you build internal and external strength, flexibility and posture and will also improve your general fitness and body toning.


We maintain small group sizes to ensure that you get the best possible personalised guidance, supervision and feedback from your instructor. Private Studio sessions are also available should you prefer that one on one care and guidance to build up your confidence. Bring your bub along, we understand!

 

 

 

IMPORTANT:

You can join Post Natal Pilates classes only once you have obtained medical clearance from your doctor at six (natural birth) or eight (caesarean) week check-up.
