At Revitalize Pilates + Fitness training, we offer more than just fitness training; our goal is to train, consult, evaluate and give nutritional advice. We offer a personalized approach to training and tailor workouts to your personal goals in an exciting but challenging way that makes you feel better about yourself. We are not your typical gym, our studio environment is friendly and unpretentious and… we know your name!

We may be small but our studio is well equipped where you will be engaged in a range of exercises from boxing, body weight mixed with cardio, cable and functional training to free weights. With one-on-one training, the focus is on you and you alone. Your experience at Revitalize is aimed to provide you with a means to achieve your goals in a positive environment where relationships, trust and positive self-esteem can be built.

Once you have begun exercising regularly, physical activity will become a natural element of your daily schedule. If you stay fit with fun and engaging activities, exercise will help boost your physical and mental health, improve sleep, help manage your weight, and help you look and feel better.

IMPORTANT: Before beginning your fitness program, obtain doctors approval and or guidance on the limitations of your physical condition and possible suggestions for your Personal Training Instructor to fit in with your health condition

Getting Started

To get you started, Revitalize Pilates + Fitness training offers a complimentary 30 min personal training “taster” session; you simply get a taste of what it’s like to train with one of our qualified or professional instructors.

In the taster session, the Instructor will engage you in basic movement patterns + exercise routines focussing on legs, chest, arms, back and core to assess your strengths, weaknesses and technique. You can then choose the duration of your training sessions from 30, 45 or 60minute sessions. To keep you on track we have fitness tests, 6 week calendar programs and also in-house challenges.

Personal training is not all about lifting heavy weights but also about functional training, allowing the body to move in natural planes of movement that you experience in everyday life. Exercise that is specifically tailored to your needs can result in improved body composition, physical performance, and health outcomes.


IMPORTANT: All training is now done at the pit gym in glen Roy. You will have full access to all equipment.  No membership needed.
