Mums and Bubs


At Revitalize our mums and bubs classes are mat based, and focus on exercises that re-build the core and overall body strength after pregnancy. The relationship of the abdominals, back and pelvic floor muscles are addressed to help regain alignment, strength and body awareness. You can socialise with the other mothers and build up your stamina while you increase your energy levels and confidence.


Our mums and bubs class is a great way to stimulate the brain as well as the respiratory and lymphatic system which is very healthy for new mothers and is often neglected.


The babies are free to lie beside the mother or be in the pram or capsule. You can attend to your baby’s needs at any time during the class. The studio is never quiet with bubs so you don’t need to feel embarrassed or stressed as all mothers are in the same boat. Please bring a rug for your baby to lay on if you have them beside you.


Sessions are suitable for mothers who have had medical clearance from their doctor (6 weeks for natural births and up to 8 weeks after c-section deliveries). If you would like an initial assessment (IA) before you commence the mums and bubs class that is also available at an additional price. Classes are suitable for babies 6 weeks up to 1 year old.
